Property Preparation Consulting
A 30 minute free consultation at your property.
I am sure that letting your precious place out for rent for the first time could be a nerve-recking process. I can visit and give you advice about what needs to be done to meet a requirement for short term rental.
Photography & Videography
Our photography and videography are shot and edited in a stylish way, making the listing feel like home and realistic.
The videography will show the property in real light condition making it easier for the guests to imagine themselves in it and know what to expect.
Property Management
This includes gathering all information and make a listing, communicate with guests, scan guests, arranging cleaners and linens and restock essential products for your rental house. You will not need to worry about anything and get paid while you are sipping your margarita on your holiday.
After Booking Cleaning
Our cleaners are experienced with hospitality cleaning. We understand the importance of cleanliness and hygiene. The cleaning will include changing beddings.
Condition Report
We provide visiting properties for Entry/Exit condition report, routine inspection on Express Inspection app and Inspection Manager app.
Open House inspection is one of our services that would help unloading the works of property managers out there.
